Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
